You will receive within 24-48 hours (Outside Dhaka goods take longer upto 4 days). Please note that we use third party delivery service 'Pathao' and they are responsible for the delivery person and his behavior. Their usual delivery time is 10am - 5pm (upto 8pm in some exception). We cannot provide you any specific time for the delivery.

Also you are requested to check the product properly in front of the delivery person before making any payment. You can immediately return the product if you notice broken or problematic goods. Please note that we wont be able refund or exchange once the deliveryman leaves. Thank you!
