Fraudulent/loss cancellation of company orders

We constantly track purchases for illegal practices to provide a reliable and stable shopping experience. Girlanaa.com retains the right to revoke all recent, ongoing and prospective orders without penalty if any irregular activity is detected. In scenarios like occurrence of website prices and inventory unavailability, Girlanaa.com also retains the right to deny or cancel orders. If an item sold by Girlanaa.com itself is not as defined, returning it in unused condition is your sole solution.

PRICING

The list price shown for goods on our website, whether in foreign currency or in Bangladeshi Taka, shall constitute the full price of the good, unless otherwise stated.

We bill your credit or debit card & MPS with regard to goods sold on Girlanaa.com before your order reaches the delivery process. For some cause, if we are unable to supply goods to you as per your request, we will electronically remind you and refund the amount of the products that are not available. Any extra postage fees will not be refunded, if necessary.

A limited percentage of the items in our catalogue may be mispriced, notwithstanding our best efforts. When a mispricing is found, we can do one of the following:

If the right price of an item is lower than our specified price, we will charge the lower cost and deliver the item to you.

We may, at our discretion, either email you for guidance before delivery or cancel your order and inform you of such cancellation if the correct price of an item is higher than our specified price.

In Bangladeshi Taka, the prices shown on this platform are quoted at approx. Price of conversion in US Dollars. As per the conversions conducted by your bank/credit card issuer on the day of payment, the real amount to be billed by you will be the equivalent amount in the currency of your credit card.

SHIPPING

In Bangladesh, we give FREE SHIPPING for all orders.

We have free shipping on all orders over USD 260 for foreign orders (excluding the USA). A delivery fee of USD 25 would be applicable to orders less than USD 260. Please remember, we are still shipping to Mauritius now.

For each shipment, the approximate shipping time can vary. For our ready-to-wear and Anikini & Anokhi by Girlana lines, we usually take about 3 to 7 business days to dispatch orders within Bangladesh, and 14 to 30 business days to dispatch foreign orders.

Depending on the pattern and model of the clothing, the Girlana pre-order is made and takes 1 to 6 weeks for production and dispatch.

It takes 3 to 14 business days for distribution within Bangladesh and 7 to 30 business days internationally, depending on the location and custom clearance in the destination country. Often, regardless of weather conditions or other political disturbances or protests, distribution time is subject to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to, unforeseen travel delays from our courier partners. We pledge, at every move, to keep you informed.

DUTIES AND TAXES

All Girlana orders are delivered internationally to your designated shipping address from our warehouse in Dhaka, Bangladesh. Occasionally, due to the existence of foreign shipping, a client may have to pay extra import duties and taxes that are charged once a shipment enters your region. No extra costs would have to be charged for the vast majority of orders. We are unable to calculate, however, when and how high these unusual customs duty payments will be charged. You will be responsible for paying any extra fees if additional customs costs are levied.

Girlana Privet Limited takes no responsibility for non-delivery of orders in case such taxes and duties are not accepted and settled by the recipient at the delivery address, and will not provide any refunds in such cases.

Above is not applicable for USA. Orders from USA are shipped on DDP (Delivery Duties Paid) mode.

EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We want you to enjoy what you are getting, but let us know if anything isn’t perfect.

In the unlikely event that something you ordered from Girlanaa.com is faulty or defective, or if the shipped product varies from what you expected in size or design, you can return the product. Please check that the product is expired and in the same state as the original invoice and, ideally, in its original packaging and price tags as obtained by you. A reimbursement will only be given for items sold at the highest selling price or replaced by another product, without any discount. Merchandise obtained at a discount is known as a final transaction and is thus not liable for repayment or swap.

In special cases, a refund is issued regardless of the discount if:

1. Until dispatch, the order is canceled due to unavailability.

2. Because of a quality flaw or loss during transit, the commodity is recalled. Within 7 working days, the refund balance is transferred to the original payment account. You are expected to include your account information in order to process the refund in the case of a Cash on Delivery (COD) order.

An online credit voucher is a digital credit note that you can access on www.Girlanaa.com or via email instead of returning or trading goods. This coupon for a single order is valid for 30 days. To take advantage of the sale, please use this voucher at checkout. Please notice that the coupon is good for carts with a value equal to or greater than the value of the coupon. You will carry the expense of every cart exceeding the coupon number.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

On orders delivered overseas, we do not offer merchandise swap. Duties, fees, and tariffs charged by consumers are not included in returns on foreign orders.
